Our double room included Netflix and complementary tea. Its bed was good and the bathroom - large. The location was exceptionally nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a mall and convenience stores.

We had a VERY COMFORTABLE trip at this hip new hotel. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The room was surprisingly spacious and absolutely spotless by the front desk, enjoyed it. The property provided us with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. That hotel was in a particularly good and amazing location, in a quiet neighbourhood. We found out reasonable prices in the venue.

Had a good stay! The location next to the train made getting around super easy. The staff were helpful, and the room, while cozy, had everything I needed. Just wish the breakfast had more variety. A solid place for a few nights!

nice bathroom layout, convenient luggage forwarding at 7-11, proximity to Haneda airport
Room is cramped for luggage storage!!! Suggest a more comfortable pillow for better sleep!!! Consider improving wayfinding directions to nearby transport options!!!

Absolutely not what I anticipated. The staff's unfriendly demeanor was shocking, it's almost like they expected absolute silence from children, how inconsiderate! When I asked for a room upgrade, you woudl ve thought I requested the moon! Breakfast was nothing short of a disaster, a selection so lazy it almost inspired pity.

The hotel was convenient with free drinks and a close subway station. We enjoyed dining at a nearby restaurant run by a lovely older couple, a real treat. Plus, our small dog felt right at home throughout our stay.
My kids wished for a slightly larger room.
